Tom Wilhelmsen Thanks Mariners Fans With Epic ‘Turn Down For What’ Dance

The Mariners came up one game short of making the post season despite finishing the season strong with three straight wins in front of their fans. You’d think the close call for October baseball would be somewhat of a bummer, but the Mariners and their fans showed a lot of camaraderie and spirit by celebrating an unexpected strong season after years of mostly disappointment.

Leading the charge in this impromptu celebration was Tom Wilhelmsen who as you can see is quite the dancer.

A quick scan of Wilhelmsen’s Wikipedia page shows he was a bartender for 5 years so that may explain where these skills were honed. In a perfect world Wilhelmsen replaces Fernando Rodney as Seattle’s closer and does this after every save thus making Rodney’s arrow celebration seem rather boring. Until then the above clip will have to suffice.
