Prado is hitting .270/.317/.370 this year with Arizona, playing mainly at third base. Due to their recent trades of both Chase Headley and Stephen Drew, it’s initially unclear where Prado will play in the Bronx.
O’Brien is a 24-year old catcher that has mashed 33 homers in the minors between high-A and AA this season to go along with a high strikeout rate and low walk rate.
