The San Francisco Giants have slowly been welcoming Barry Bonds back into the good graces of the franchise this year, and that welcome was capped off by Bonds throwing out the first pitch before Game 4 of the NLCS at AT&T Park on Wednesday.
Of course, Bonds doesn’t look like he did during his career. He’s lost a ton of weight due to his newfound love of bicycling. He also recently had hip surgery, which explains the crutches.
Bonds is always going to be a polarizing figure, but it doesn’t look like he’s going to be fading into oblivion any time soon.
