Pittsburgh Pirates infielder Sean Rodriguez was pulled for Pedro Alvarez in the third inning of Wednesday’s Cubs-Pirates Wild Card game. In the seventh innings, both benches cleared after Cubs starter Jake Arrieta was plunked by Tony Watson of the Pirates.
Rodriguez got involved in the melee, and after being ejected, he beat the hell out of an innocent Gatorade cooler in Pittsburgh’s dugout.
