Then in the bottom of the first inning, he stole second and third base on the same play thanks to Washington shifting on David Ortiz, despite a pretty good throw from Jose Lobaton.
I don’t think the Red Sox are going to be trading Betts any time soon. They’ve got a budding superstar on their hands.
