Laz Diaz is one of the most rage-inducing umpires in all of baseball. Needless to say, it was a bit of a shock to see Diaz show off a little bit of his personality on Wednesday night at Citizens Bank Park and dance with the Phillie Phanatic between innings of the Astros-Phillies game.
