Crazy stuff tends to happen during sports events in Philadelphia. During Sunday’s Mets-Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park, a Phillies fan made a barehanded catch on a foul ball hit by Daniel Murphy…with his damn baby strapped to his chest.
This guy deserves a medal. That’s awesome. The kid is going to have one hell of a story to tell growing up too. “Oh, you went to Disney World as a baby and met Mickey? That’s cool. My dad caught a foul ball at a Phillies game when I was strapped to his chest.”
