Clayton Kershaw and Albert Pujols are playing wiffle ball for charity

Clayton Kershaw and Albert Pujols will captain wiffle ball teams in September at Angel Stadium as part of a charity event benefiting each player’s charity, the Pujols Family Foundation and Kershaw Challenge.

And while the prospect of the two players squaring off is an enticing one, fans can actually join in on the fun with a $10 donation to the foundations. The minimum donation enters you into a raffle to play in the game with the two players, along with joining them for lunch and watching the evening’s (either September 8th or 9th) Angels-Dodgers matchup.

There are also higher donation levels that give fans more chances to win the raffle while also giving them rewards such as thank you cards from the players, t-shirts, hoodies, and so on and so forth.

It’s a pretty cool initiative to support a pair of good causes, and baseball fans should jump all over this.
