In addition to the seemingly 800 things that the Atlanta Braves need to do this offseason, the club is reportedly looking for a left-handed platoon partner for third baseman Chris Johnson, whose three-year contract extension starts in 2015.
#Braves want to add a LH hitter who could possibly platoon with 3B Chris Johnson

Johnson slumped to a .263/.292/.361 line with ten home runs in 2014, and hit a putrid .231/.256/.314 against right-handers.
Gee, a left-handed third baseman to platoon with Johnson…I couldn’t possibly think of one of those.
Oh. Right. The Braves gave Juan Francisco away last June for a pitcher named Thomas Keeling that spent 2014 in the American Association.
Good job, Frank Wren.
