LeBron James and Dwyane Wade have teamed up once again, only this time, it has little to do with basketball.
Wade posted a video on Twitter on Tuesday, challenging his former Miami Heat teammate to a bet on the outcome of the World Series. The Chicago Bulls guard asked the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar to agree to wear a Cubs jersey during Cleveland’s visit to the Windy City should Chicago win the Commissioner’s Trophy, but agreed to wear an Indians jersey in Cleveland if the tribe pulled off the victory.
The #WorldSeries bet is on! @DwyaneWade (@Cubs) sends @KingJames (@Indians) the official wager. pic.twitter.com/h71F22FqJA

For Cavaliers fans, the bet would bring a once-wished alternate reality, where Wade represented Cleveland like LeBron to fruition – although, wrong sport.
Thankfully, LeBron quickly responded to Wade’s bet and agreed to the terms.
I accept @DwyaneWade!! 1-0 #RallyTogether https://t.co/zBF9RBBv8v

It doesn’t hurt the Indians pulled off a 6-0 Game 1 World Series victory at the time of LeBron’s acceptance – but the bet is on.
One of Wade or LeBron is going to lose the bet, but general public comes out as winners in the challenge. Seeing Wade, born in Chicago wearing Cleveland threads, or James, born in Ohio, wearing a Cubs jersey after their team was bounced is going to be hilarious.
James’ Indians have an early lead in the challenge but don’t count out Wades’ Cubs just yet.
