The longest home runs for the week ending October 1st

This is the end. While I may end up doing a “longest home runs of the year” post next week, this will be the last weekly edition for the 2015 season. And as expected, no one was able to catch Giancarlo Stanton at the top of the charts. That doesn’t mean our last week was without fireworks, however.

1. Jarrett Parker vs Ryan Dull, 474 feet (September 25th)

I don’t know what a Jarrett Parker *or* a Ryan Dull is, but this homer was ridiculous. Into the seats about center field at O.co? Ridiculous!

2. Corey Dickerson vs Mike Bolsinger, 452 feet (September 25th)

The obligatory Coors Field monster homer of the week.

3. Matt den Dekker vs Aaron Harang, September 27th (444 feet)

Even Matt den Dekker is getting in on the act…

4. Jose Abreu vs Luke Hochevar, 442 feet (September 30th)

Jose Abreu has had a quiet year, but this homer gave him 30 for the season. Can’t complain all that much, I guess.

5t. Nolan Arenado vs Alex Wood, 439 feet (September 27th)

And we close with a dinger from Nolan Arenado. Of course.
