When you hear about the biggest MLB Draft busts of all-time, the name Matt Bush is always one of the first names to come up. Ten years ago, the Padres drafted Bush first overall, ahead of now-established MLB stars like Justin Verlander, Stephen Drew, Jered Weaver, and Billy Butler, among others. Today, Bush is in a Florida jail.
