Day two of TOC's season preview series rolls along today with one of the oldest teams in baseball – the Philadelphia Phillies. Many are predicting a 90-loss season for Philadelphia this year, a mark they haven't hit since 2000 – the last year Terry Francona managed a team with a losing record.
