Spring Training continues to roll right along, and today, we'll delve into the AL West and the Houston Astros. Houston was baseball's worst team in 2013, but their farm system continues to improve and maybe the club won't be such a disaster in 2014. Hell, I'm taking the over on Houston's projected win total by the Nevada casinos.

Speaking of those Braves, they handed out two more contract extensions over the last couple of days – Julio Teheran and Craig Kimbrel will be staying in Atlanta for the foreseeable future. However, one guy who won't be in a major league clubhouse for the foreseeable future is Red Sox pitcher Ryan Dempster, who declared that he won't pitch in 2014.
