Roger Clemens responds to not getting elected to the Hall of Fame

In his first year on the ballot, Roger Clemens received 37.6% of the vote. It's a disappointing total, but he did finish with eight more votes than Barry Bonds. After the results were announced, Clemens took to his Twitter account and responded to not getting the required 75% of total votes needed for election.

All things considered, Clemens' response could have been bitter, jaded, and angry, but it doesn't seem like he's a huge deal to him. He brushed off his lack of election after one year, and walked it off. It'll be interesting if Barry Bonds has anything to say in the wake of his disappointing vote total.

But please Roger, never say "muchie peachie" ever again. You're 50, not 15.
