During the MLB Home Run Derby, the pitchers really don't have much to do. I mean, they stand there and gawk at monstrous home runs, and…that's about all.
Royals starting pitcher Ervin Santana, who was an All-Star just once in 2008, has a suggestion for All-Star weekend that would get the pitchers involved: dodge ball.

That's right: pitchers who can top out at 100 miles per hour whipping dodge balls at each other. That's quite a novel suggestion, but something that would cause executives, fans, and everyone in between ridiculously nervous.
Imagine Aroldis Chapman palming a dodge ball and pegging Chris Sale in the face. Oh, the humanity…
