We now head into our second to last preview day on TOC, focusing on the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Dodgers will be heading into the 2013 season with the largest payroll in baseball history, and in a bit of schadenfraude for Dodger haters out there, Los Angeles will start the year with over $45 million on the DL in Carl Crawford, Zack Greinke, and Hanley Ramirez, and will pay $8.5 million (or so) to players in 2013 that aren't even on the roster this year. Money is a good thing.
