Dugout Digest – cranked up

I'm running out of Hot Stove related puns – which sucks, because the Winter Meetings are beginning today in Orlando. But since we last had a DD on Friday, the free agent market absolutely exploded.

Robinson Cano signed with the Mariners.
Curtis Granderson signed with the Mets.
Carlos Beltran signed with the Yankees.
Rafael Furcal signed with the Marlins.
Scott Feldman signed with the Astros.
Hiroki Kuroda re-signed with the Yankees.
Mike Napoli re-signed with the Red Sox.
Nate McLouth signed with the Nationals.

Also last week, Amanda conducted a brief interview with former Yankees manager Joe Torre, discussing his former closer Mariano Rivera and the state of the game as a whole.

Today, Randy will make his glorious return to TOC with a pair of pieces, one focusing on the Baltimore Orioles' outfield woes and one looking at a potential Jeff Samardzija trade. As always, there will be more content coming in addition to what we've already got planned.

Enjoy your offseason, everyone.

I hate your favorite team. I also sort of hate most of my favorite teams.
