Dugout Digest – all square

In the two ALDS games on Saturday, both went largely the same as on Friday – one was a pitchers duel, and one was less so. The Red Sox beat the Rays 7-4 to take a 2-0 series lead, and the A's beat the Tigers 1-0 on a walk off hit by Stephen Vogt. The Tigers-A's matchup is now knotted at two games heading to Detroit, while the Red Sox lead their series with the Rays 2-0 going to Tampa.

Only two game threes will take place on Sunday, both in the National League. At 4:37 PM, Joe Kelly and the Cardinals take on Francisco Liriano and the Pirates on TBS at PNC Park. And at 8:07 PM, Julio Teheran starts for the Braves in Los Angeles against Hyun-Jin Ryu and the Dodgers, also on TBS.

Enjoy your day of Postseason baseball, everyone.
