Oakland Athletics right fielder Josh Reddick is having a fantastic year offensively, but tonight in Toronto, he added some defensive mojo to his resume. In the bottom of the second, Blue Jays outfielder Travis Snider hit a ball deep to right center, and Reddick went up for the catch. Instead of just settling under it or leaping like most players do, Reddick grabbed a hold of the chain link fence in right, pulled himself up the wall, and waited for the ball to fall into his glove. Spiderman-esque, no?
The A's went on to crush the Blue Jays 16-0 in a complete rout that saw Toronto catcher Jeff Mathis pitch the ninth inning of the game.
