This year on Black Friday, we didn't see any GMs make any big moves for great, low prices, though the Red Sox did overpay for Jonny Gomes on Wednesday. Will we see anything today, on Cyber Monday, or throughout the rest of the week? Perhaps. BJ Upton will reportedly be making a decision on where he'll play in 2013 and beyond this week, and the finalists are reportedly the Phillies, Braves, and the infamous mystery team, winners of every offseason signing for the last 15 years with no championships to show for it.
We took a few days off at TOC, but are back in the swing of things starting today. In case you took a break from the internet too (which I'm sure a lot of you did), we actually did post a few quick hits going into the holiday on Wednesday, and coming out of it on Sunday. We took a look at what fans of each MLB team have to be thankful for, Giants players imitating Hunter Pence on the team's World Series DVD, Mark Buehrle and his agent taking a blowtorch to the Miami Marlins front office, and of course, Jeffrey Loria's Castro-esque approval ratings as Marlins owner.
