In game two of the AL Division Series between the A's and Tigers on Sunday, a Coco Crisp error allowed a pair of Tigers runs to score in embarrassing fashion.
With men on second and third and two out in the bottom of the seventh inning, Miguel Cabrera hit a blooper to shallow center field. Crisp and A's second baseman Cliff Pennington both went after the ball, and Crisp got there first. The ball bounced off of the heel of his glove up into the air, where Crisp nearly grabbed it on the rebound before the ball fell to the grass, allowing two runs to score and giving the Tigers a 3-2 lead at the time.
