A couple weeks ago, Tigers reliever Joba Chamberlain bought his teammates Tigers-themed zubaz in anticipation of the Tigers’ 4th annual Zubazpalooza — yes, a real thing. Photos started to leak of select players wearing the fashionable early 1990s gear around the clubhouse and Miguel Cabrera interviews, but nothing like what happened on Sunday, early Monday, after the Tigers completed their first three-game sweep of the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Field since 1983.
The entire team suited up in their zubaz for their celebratory flight to Cleveland:

But then their plane broke, so they were stuck in Boston for another night in full zubaz gear. It MUST’VE been the zubaz.
