Dugout Digest – welcome to Rays Day

DugoutDigest

Well folks, here we are at the second to last day of our season preview series, focusing on the Tampa Bay Rays. The Rays won the second AL Wild Card in 2013, beating the Texas Rangers in Game 163 to break a tie and advance to Cleveland, where they beat the Indians to advance to the ALDS. There, the Rays were vanquished by the eventual World Champion Red Sox, but it was one hell of a run for Tampa Bay. This year, the Rays are set up as a favorite in the American League – can they overcome the behemoths of the American League?

Yesterday was Yankees Day on TOC, and here’s your recap.
