I think we've reached a critical mass for themed jerseys. This season, the Fresno Grizzlies (AAA affiliate of the San Francisco Giants) will be wearing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles themed jerseys during a game.
There's no word on which game (or games) the Grizzlies will be wearing these jerseys, and there's also no word on how each turtle's jersey will be assigned to each player. But if it's the choice of the players, I'd expect a war over those blue Leonardo jerseys and the orange Michelangelo jerseys. Because let's be honest – who would really want to wear those red Raphael jerseys?
