Speaking of young aces, Matt Harvey has elected to have Tommy John surgery. It's probably for the best. In other news around the league, the Indians were given their post-mortem and Alex Rodriguez is suing MLB. Oh. we also previewed the Rays-Red Sox and Tigers-Athletics ALDS matchups for you.

There are just two games on the slate today as both NL series take the day off for travel. At 5:37 PM, the Rays look to even their series with the Red Sox in Boston on TBS. David Price takes on John Lackey. At 9:07 PM on TBS, the A's look to pull even with the Tigers, sending rookie Sonny Gray to the hill to take on Justin Verlander.

Enjoy your day of Postseason baseball, everyone.
