Anyone who has ever watched Hunter Pence play baseball knows that calling his style of play "awkward" is probably an understatement. SI's Extra Mustard put together this video starring Pence. The video advertises Pence's youth baseball camp, where he promises to teach your kids using techniques like "running during an earthquake", "throwing like you don't have an elbow", and his swinging motion, described as "this thing", which he described as a hungry man chasing a taco.
Pence's awareness about how awkward he looks on the field is so endearing. I also loved the random sabermetric stats dropped in to the commercial, just because of how out of place they sounded. Hunter Pence, American hero.
