Toinght's Nationals-White Sox tilt was delayed for 20 minutes. Why's that? Well…the umpires were caught in traffic.
Today's Nats-White Sox game is delayed, 7:20 p.m. start, because the umps were delayed in traffic and got a late start, per team spokesman.

Is this real life? I believe this is the first ever traffic-delayed game in MLB history, though I'm really not sure of that. We've seen rain, snow, power failure…and now, traffic. I guess there's a first for everything.
