We only had four posts go up on the site yesterday, and they were of vastly different backgrounds. First, Garrett looked at extension candidates for each team. Perfectly justifiable in the grand sceheme of things.
I broke down the favorites for the American League and National League Rookie of the Year awards, and will be doing the same thing today with the Cy Young award in each league. Again: very justifiable in the final week before the season begins.
Finally…I talked about the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs introducing video games into each urinal at Coca Cola Park. Wait, what? That's right: urine controlled video games at the ballpark. As if you needed another reason to drink more $8 beers, now you can play a game when you have to whiz. It's truly a beautiful world we live in.
Today, I'm going to break down the AL and NL Cy Young awards as I mentioned, and I'm also going to look at the fifth starter battles across the league, and call attention to some of the surprising decisions that have been made.
