Neil Walker dumped a homer into the Allegheny River

Yes, this ball bounced into the river and didn’t get there on the fly. Yes, Neil Walker’s home run “only” went 396 feet, a far cry from the 456 feet from home plate directly down the right field line to the river.

Regardless, you don’t see many home runs get wet at PNC Park. It’s a pretty nice achievement for Walker, even if it wasn’t a direct blast.
