Josh Reddick is one of the better defensive outfielders in the American League. However, he did *not* show that when trying to throw the ball back into the infield in the first inning on Monday against the Royals.
Well, at least a run didn’t immediately score. It could have been worse for Reddick and the A’s – the ball could have gone backwards or sideways and cleared the bases.
